Acceptable use policy
1 Purpose
Our Acceptable use policy sets out Your obligations when using Our Services and the consequences if You choose to use those Services in a way that is inconsistent with this policy.
Our Acceptable use policy applies to Your use of Our Services – access to connectivity provided through use of Our Products.
We reserve the right to apply Our Acceptable use policy at Our discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
2 Your obligations
a) You must ensure Your use and access of the Internet using Our Services is not in breach of this policy;
b) You must, and must ensure that any other person who uses the Service We supply to you:
- only use the Service in accordance with Your agreement or otherwise in a manner approved by Us;
- comply with all laws, regulations, codes of conduct and guidelines concerning use of the Service.
3 Data misuse
a) Data misuse is a breach of this policy, and You must not use, and must not allow any other person to use the Service:
- in markets outside of the country in which the Service was purchased;
- for a purpose other than what is it sold;
- in a way that interferes with the integrity of the network;
- to disguise the origin of a use or communications;
- for any purpose that is improper, immoral or fraudulent;
- to contravene any applicable laws, regulations, or industry codes, standards, content requirements or statements;
- to infringe any person's intellectual property rights;
- to restrict or interfere with any other person's use of the Service or the network;
- in a way that impacts or is likely to impact the security or integrity of the network or the security of Us or any other person, for example by:
a) overloading, or otherwise flooding a system or network;
b) probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of a system or network;
c) distributing malicious software, including viruses, worms, trojans and other malware; or
d) breaching security, encryption or authentication measures; - to use a SIM box, gateway device or other similar device with the Service;
- in a way that creates a risk to the health or safety of any person;
- in a way which harasses or abuses another person or violates their privacy (including, by sending unreasonable amounts of unsolicited or unwanted material);
- or the network without charge, when a charge is normally payable;
a) Where We state that a particular Plan is not to be used for commercial purposes, You must only use the Plan for Your own personal use.
4 Consequences of misuse
We may take action if You breach this policy including suspending or terminating Your agreement.
