How to set up your CommsXtend® on a Machine.
Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach GPS antenna (A) to the CommsXtend® GPS outlet (B).
Step 2
Connect the Dual WiFi Antennas (C) to the CommsXtend® WiFi outlets (D).
Step 3
Connect the AUX antenna (E) to the CommsXtend® MOBILE outlet on the LEFT (F). Connect the MAIN antenna (G) to the CommsXtend® MOBILE outlet on the RIGHT (H).

Steps to turn on your device
Configuration and set up of the CommsXtend® has been completed for your convenience. The Data SIM has been inserted and is activated.
Plug the power cable into the device.
Upon initial startup, the CommsXtend® will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to establish a connection.
You will see three flashing green lights, wait for them to turn into solid green light. This indicates a successful connection.
If no solid green lights appear after 20 minutes, restart the device (turn it off and on again).
To connect your device or phone to the Wi-Fi network, enable Wi-Fi on your device, select the network name, and enter the password found on the CoommsXtend® network sticker.
Data plan
Your data plan will be billed on a monthly basis.
Troubleshooting
No solid green lights after 20 minutes
Restart the device by turning it off and on again.
Check that all antennas are securely connected.
Ensure the power cable is firmly plugged in.
Slow or no internet connection
Check for physical obstructions (e.g., under metal buildings, dense trees) that may interfere with the signal.
Unable to connect to Wi-Fi
Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on your device.
Confirm you are selecting the correct network name and entering the correct password from the CommsXtend® network sticker.
Restart your device and try again.
Trouble making Wi-Fi calls on the CommsXtend® network
Ensure your phone is connected to the CommsXtend® Wi-Fi network.
Check that Wi-Fi Calling is enabled in your phone settings. (Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling for iPhone, or Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Wi-Fi Calling for Android).
Restart your phone and try again.
Toggle Airplane Mode on, ensure the Wi-Fi is toggled on your phone too.
If calls are still dropping, ensure your mobile provider supports Wi-Fi Calling in your location.
